Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Route Running Drills mobile application (the "App") operated by us.
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who download and use the App.
1. Use of the App
The Route Running Drills app is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use as an interval training utility. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
2. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Physical activity, including the drills you may perform while using this App, can be strenuous and carries inherent risks of injury. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good physical condition before beginning any exercise program. We strongly advise you to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness routine.
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You agree to release and discharge Route Running Drills and its developers from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising from your use of the App.
3. No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that the results of using the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user-configured data), visual design, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Route Running Drills. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Route Running Drills or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App; or (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, if applicable, updating the App description on the App Store.
