Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who download and use the App.

The Paws And Weather app is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use as a dog safety and weather information utility. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

The information provided by this App is for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice. You are solely responsible for your pet's health and safety. The weather recommendations provided by the App are general guidelines and may not account for your individual pet's specific health conditions, age, or other factors.

The App and its original content (excluding user-configured data), visual design, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Paws And Weather. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
